Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
Under the gas safety (Installation & use) Regulations 1998 Landlords have duty to arrange for an annual gas safety check to be carried out every 12 months by a gas safe registered engineer.
We can provide you with this service and keep you on our fully computerised system to automatically remind you when your certificate is about expire.
All our certificates are produced electronically (Easygas) and can be printed and/or sent via email in .PDF format ensuring a legible copy

Shower Upgrades
Bathroom Makeovers
Personally we always like doing bathroom makeovers as its gives us a chance to be creative and really make a difference to the lifestyle of the occupants. The difference between before and after can be quite dramatic with more storage and improved bathroom facilities the occupants are always thrilled with the final results.
This small downstairs bathroom has been converted to a shower room with a lovely glass walk in shower in to make the room as light and airy as possible

A different bathroom makeover, this was originally two rooms with the dividing wall where the tall unit is just to the left of the w.c. Tall unit conceals the Soil vent pipe that runs up to the roof and had to be retained. Removing the wall really opened this bathroom up to give a light uncluttered space with ample storage facility’s.
