Installation
1. Fitting Panels
The first job is to mount the solar collectors to your roof.
This will normally take about 1 day to complete depending on the size of the installation & access.
Our special fixing kits allow the panels to sit on existing tiles without affecting water integrity.
2. Plumbing & Electrical Work
A new hot water cylinder will be installed and your old one drained and removed. The top coil on your new cylinder is connected back up to your existing boiler and the bottom is connected to your solar collectors. Controls are fitted and wired in. This takes approximately 1 day to complete.
3. System Check & Switch On
Once everything is installed, the system is filled and switched on & a technician will show you how the system works. The system requires very little attention but we find that our customers take great satisfaction in seeing that the temperature on their control panel readout is being generated by free solar energy.
